Welcome. If you have found your way here, you are likely navigating the powerful, shifting tides of the Season of Sovereignty. At Stone & Bloom Wellness, we believe this phase of life is not about shrinking away, but about stepping into your full power.

We have created these Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) scripts as a gift to you. Use them when you need to ground your energy, honor your body, or reconnect with the wise woman within.

How to Use These Scripts:

Identify the emotion or sensation you are feeling right now.
Rate the intensity on a scale of 1 to 10.
Tap on the Karate Chop point (side of the hand) while repeating the Setup Phrase three times.
Tap through the meridian points (Eyebrow, Side of Eye, Under Eye, Under Nose, Chin, Collarbone, Under Arm, Top of Head) while speaking the Tapping Sequence phrases.
Take a deep breath and check in with your body.
