EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
For the Woman Remembering Her Power You have carried so much. The stories, the expectations, the quiet moments when you held everything together for everyone else. EFT, also known as tapping, offers a gentle way for the body to exhale what it has been holding. As you tap on specific energy points while speaking your truth, your nervous system begins to soften, your heart opens, and your entire field returns to harmony. This is where the healing unfolds. EFT supports the transformation of old memories, patterns, and survival responses that once kept you safe yet now keep you confined. It restores peace to the body, clarity to the mind, and compassion to the self. In your Season of Sovereignty, EFT becomes more than a healing tool. It becomes a remembrance. Each tapping sequence affirms that your emotions are sacred messengers, that your body carries deep wisdom, and that your essence holds the power to transform pain into presence. This is a homecoming to yourself. Steady, whole, and radiant. You begin to feel lighter, clearer, and deeply aligned with the woman you have always been beneath all the noise. Guided by Nicole Nicole walks beside you with presence, compassion, and genuine care. She holds a calm, nurturing space where your emotions are honored and your nervous system feels safe to unwind. With her background in Emotional Freedom Techniques and tea blending, she weaves the art of energy and plant medicine together to support full-body restoration. Each session with Nicole invites you to reconnect with your inner steadiness. Her gentle guidance helps you find language for what the heart has long carried and discover the wisdom that lives beneath it. She listens deeply and meets you exactly where you are, guiding you toward clarity, ease, and self-trust. Nicole believes healing is not about fixing what is broken but remembering what has always been whole. Through her presence, humor, and intuitive care, she helps you rediscover that wholeness within yourself.
Tapping Script to Lower Anxiety
Here is a gentle and affirming Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping script designed to help lower anxiety levels. This script moves from acknowledging the current feelings to inviting a sense of safety and calm.
Preparation Before you begin, take a moment to rate your anxiety on a scale of 0 to 10 (where 10 is the highest intensity). Take a deep breath, drink some water, and find a comfortable seat.
Part 1: The Setup
Tap continuously on the Karate Chop point (the fleshy side of your hand) while repeating these phrases aloud or in your mind:
"Even though I feel this anxiety rising in my body, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
"Even though my thoughts are racing and I feel overwhelmed right now, I choose to accept myself and how I feel."
"Even though I feel unsafe and unsettled, I am open to bringing peace back into my system."
Part 2: Acknowledging the Feelings (Rounds 1 & 2)
Tap gently 5 to 7 times on each point.
Eyebrow: This anxiety in my body. Side of Eye: It feels so heavy right now. Under Eye: My thoughts won't slow down. Under Nose: I feel this tension in my chest. Chin: It is hard to relax. Collarbone: I feel overwhelmed by everything. Under Arm: I am worried about what might happen. Top of Head: All this anxious energy.
Eyebrow: I acknowledge that I am scared. Side of Eye: I give myself permission to feel this. Under Eye: It is okay to admit I am struggling. Under Nose: This pressure I put on myself. Chin: My body is in fight or flight mode. Collarbone: Holding onto all this stress. Under Arm: It feels like too much to handle. Top of Head: I acknowledge exactly where I am right now.
Part 3: The Shift (Round 3)
Now, we begin to introduce the possibility of change.
Eyebrow: What if I could let just a little bit go? Side of Eye: I am open to the possibility of calm. Under Eye: My body knows how to relax. Under Nose: I don't have to figure it all out right now. Chin: Maybe I am safer than I think I am. Collarbone: I am willing to release this tension. Under Arm: I am open to breathing deeply. Top of Head: inviting a shift in my energy.
Part 4: Affirming Safety and Calm (Round 4)
Tap these points to anchor in the positive feelings.
Eyebrow: I choose to feel calm. Side of Eye: I am safe in this moment. Under Eye: I am grounded and present. Under Nose: I trust myself to handle this. Chin: My breath is my anchor. Collarbone: I am releasing the need to control everything. Under Arm: Peace is filling my body. Top of Head: I am calm, I am safe, and I am sovereign over my energy.
Closing
Stop tapping. Take a deep, slow breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Check in with your body again. Rate your anxiety on the scale of 0 to 10. If it is still high, you can repeat the script until the number drops.
