Working with the Unconscious Mind in the Season of Sovereignty

This season invites a deeper turning inward. It is a call to pause and listen, not only with the ears but with the whole field of your being. It draws you into the body, into the currents that flow beneath thought, into the quiet layers of mind where stories were written long ago, and into the places where patterns and imprints continue to echo through your present life.

The unconscious mind is vast and alive. It holds every moment you have lived, from the tender beginnings of early life to the unspoken experiences carried in your lineage. Each memory, whether remembered or forgotten, is etched into the landscape of the unconscious. These imprints guide how you respond to the world, how you carry yourself in relationships, how your nervous system reacts in moments of stress, and how energy courses through your body.

As you turn inward, you begin to see that the unconscious is not hidden in darkness. It is a reservoir of wisdom and adaptation, shaped by every joy, every wound, and every choice you have ever made. It is the unseen artist painting the backdrop of your life.

Even the body itself listens to these imprints. The rhythm of your heartbeat, the tension in your muscles, the health of your organs, and the spark of vitality in your cells all reflect the stories the unconscious continues to carry. Through this constant dialogue, your biology becomes a living mirror of your inner world.

Modern science has revealed what ancient wisdom has always known: even the expression of your genes responds to this inner environment. Epigenetics shows us that thoughts, beliefs, and emotions influence which potentials awaken in the body. This means the unconscious mind is not only shaping your feelings and choices, it is shaping your very biology.

Turning inward during this season is an act of sovereignty. It is a choice to meet the imprints within you with compassion and awareness. It is an invitation to reshape the currents of thought, energy, and body into harmony. When you enter this inner space with presence, you reclaim authorship of your life.

Hypnosis opens a doorway into that fertile space beneath thought. Here, imagery and suggestion soften rigid pathways, inviting the nervous system to relax and the unconscious to realign with the choices you are making now.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) brings the body into the process with tapping on meridian points. Gentle touch combined with affirming words communicates directly with both the unconscious mind and the body’s circuitry. Old imprints of stress, fear, or survival begin to give way to new signals of safety, vitality, and clarity.

Epigenetics shows that our biology listens to thought, energy, and environment. Nothing is fixed. Each breath filled with awareness, each moment of letting go, each conscious act of self-care reshapes the possibilities written into our cells.

Meditation and grounding anchor these shifts into daily life. When overwhelm rises, return to the breath. Sit with feet planted firmly on the earth or visualize roots extending downward. Place a hand on the heart or the belly, reminding the body it is safe to soften. Even a few minutes of presence restores balance to the nervous system and steadies the field.

Balancing yourself in the season of sovereignty means weaving these practices together.

Invite the unconscious to soften through hypnosis and imagery.

Meditation for Grounding in the Season of Sovereignty

Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Sit with your feet on the floor or on the earth. Let your hands rest on your lap, or place one hand gently over your heart and one hand over your belly. Close your eyes if that feels supportive.

Breathe slowly and deeply.
Inhale through the nose, allowing the breath to expand your chest and belly. Exhale through the mouth, letting go of any tension. Continue breathing like this for a few moments, steady and calm.

Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice the weight of your feet pressing down. Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet deep into the earth. See these roots growing stronger with every breath, connecting you to the steady ground beneath you.

Feel the support of the earth.
With each inhale, draw up nourishment, safety, and calm from the roots below. With each exhale, let go of heaviness, overwhelm, and anything the body is ready to release into the earth for transformation.

Rest your awareness on your heart.
Feel the rise and fall under your hand. Silently affirm: It is safe to be here. I am steady. I am present. I am whole.

Stay here for a few moments.
If thoughts arise, let them drift like clouds passing across the sky. Return to your breath, your heart, and your roots.

When you are ready, slowly return.
Take one more deep breath in. As you exhale, gently open your eyes. Carry this grounded presence with you into the rest of your day.
