Have You Been Feeling a Little Out of Sorts Lately?

You are not losing your balance. You are awakening. The Sun has been sending powerful waves of light and electromagnetic energy toward Earth. These solar flares are stirring both the planet and every living being upon it. They are part of a greater cycle of transformation and renewal.

When solar activity increases, the body’s own field begins to adjust. You might feel electrical surges in your hands or head, ringing in the ears, or emotional sensitivity. The body can feel both full of energy and completely exhausted at the same time. The truth is, you are being recalibrated to hold more light.

 
What Solar Flares Are
Solar flares are bright bursts of energy from the surface of the Sun. They occur when magnetic fields shift and release strong waves of radiation and plasma into space. These are signs that your system is upgrading. The cells of your body are learning to hold more frequency and clarity.

Grounding and Balancing the Energy
1. Ground with the Earth
Walk barefoot outside. Feel the soil under your feet and breathe deeply. Imagine roots of light reaching from your feet into the earth. The land absorbs excess energy and restores steadiness to your body.

2. Move Energy with a Stainless Steel Spoon
Rub the rounded back of a stainless steel spoon on the bottoms of your feet for one to two minutes. This helps discharge electromagnetic buildup and restores grounding. It is simple and surprisingly effective.

3. Balance the Brain with Your Hands
Place one hand on your forehead and the other hand on the back of your neck. Breathe slowly. This balances the brain, calms the stress response, and helps the body integrate new energy. Stay in this position until you feel a sense of calm or clarity.

4. Epsom Salt Bath or Foot Soak
Add one to two cups of Epsom salts to warm water. Soak for twenty minutes to help the body discharge static energy. You may add a few drops of lavender, frankincense, or geranium essential oil mixed in a carrier oil. This practice soothes muscles, clears the field, and resets your energy.

Turn off electronics early in the evening. Rest your hands on your heart and belly. Whisper gratitude to your body for carrying light with such devotion.

 
Daily Solar Integration Practice
Morning
Face the Sun. Breathe its warmth into your heart. Speak inwardly, “I receive this light in harmony with my body and my Earth.”

Midday
Drink water slowly and visualize it carrying light through your cells. Take a short walk or stretch to move the energy.

Evening
Soak your feet in warm water with Epsom salts, or simply rest in quiet gratitude. Feel your field filled with peace.

These solar waves are not chaos. They are evolution in motion. They invite every layer of the human being to awaken into a greater frequency of clarity and truth.
