Mini-Class: Tapping into Your Sovereignty


How EFT Can Transform the Season of Sovereignty Transition
 

Welcome to this mini-class on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

As we navigate the Season of Sovereignty, our bodies and energetic systems are undergoing a profound recalibration. This is not just about physical changes; it is an energetic up-leveling. EFT is one of the most accessible, self-sovereign tools you can use to navigate these tides with grace and power.


Part 1: What Exactly is EFT?
 

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, though it is most commonly known simply as Tapping. It is a powerful somatic modality that blends the ancient wisdom of Chinese acupressure with the principles of modern psychology.

Think of your body as an electrical system. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this system is mapped out by "meridians," which are channels that energy (or Qi) flows through to keep your organs and systems balanced. When we experience trauma, chronic stress, or intense emotional upheaval, this energy system can become blocked or disrupted. We often feel this disruption physically as a tightening in the chest, a pit in the stomach, or a sudden flush of heat.

EFT works to smooth out these disruptions.

How the Hybrid Works EFT is unique because it engages both the body and the mind simultaneously:

The Somatic Input (The Body): By using your fingertips to gently tap on specific meridian endpoints (like the top of the head or collarbone), you send a kinetic signal of safety directly into your nervous system. This physical input helps to calm the body's stress response.
The Cognitive Focus (The Mind): While you tap, you focus on the specific issue at hand. This is crucial because it exposes the brain to the stressor (the thought or feeling) while the body remains physically calm (the tapping).


Why It Is Vital for the Season of Sovereignty During the transition of the season, our energetic boundaries are shifting. We are often more sensitive to external energies and internal fluctuations. EFT is a tool of sovereignty because it puts the power of regulation back in your own hands. You do not need a practitioner, a prescription, or a special device to use it.

It is a way to tell your body: "I am listening. I am here. We are safe."

When you Tap, you are effectively rewiring your brain. You are teaching your nervous system that you can experience intense sensations (like a hot flash or a wave of grief) without going into a state of panic. It restores the flow of energy so you can move through this season with clarity and grace.

Below are two scripts tailored for this season of life. Each script follows a 3-Round Cycle:

The Truth: Acknowledging how you feel right now.
The Bridge: Opening up to possibility.
The Transformation: Claiming your sovereign state.

 

Script 1: Alchemy of Fire (For Hot Flashes & Intense Sensation)
 

This sequence moves you from fighting the sensation, to becoming curious about it, to reclaiming it as power.

The Setup Tap continuously on the Karate Chop point (side of hand) and repeat these statements out loud:

"Even though I feel this intense heat rising in my body and it feels overwhelming, I choose to honor my body’s power.

Even though I feel out of control and I just want this sensation to stop, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though my internal fire is burning bright right now, I am safe, I am grounded, and I am in control."

Round 1: The Truth (Acknowledging the Sensation) Tap through the points, focusing on the physical feeling:

Eyebrow: This rising heat.
Side of Eye: It feels so intense right now.
Under Eye: My face feels hot and flushed.
Under Nose: I feel uncomfortable in my own skin.
Chin: I just want to cool down.
Collarbone: This sudden wave of energy.
Under Arm: It is hard to focus when I feel like this.
Top of Head: I acknowledge this fire in my body.


Round 2: The Bridge (Opening to Possibility) Tap through the points, softening the resistance:

Eyebrow: Maybe I don't have to fight this feeling.
Side of Eye: What if this is just energy moving through me?
Under Eye: I am open to relaxing around the heat.
Under Nose: Maybe my body is just recalibrating.
Chin: I wonder if I can breathe through this.
Collarbone: I don't have to be afraid of the fire.
Under Arm: I am open to feeling calm even while warm.
Top of Head: Giving my body permission to find its balance.


Round 3: The Transformation (Sovereignty) Tap through the points, claiming the new state:

Eyebrow: I am the vessel, I am empowered.
Side of Eye: This is my power source.
Under Eye: I allow this energy to flow like a river.
Under Nose: My breath cools my system instantly.
Chin: I am reclaiming this heat as holy energy.
Collarbone: I am strong enough to hold this fire.
Under Arm: I am safe, grounded, and present.
Top of Head: I am cool, calm, and sovereign.
 
 

Script 2: From Invisible to Sovereign (Identity & Worth)
 

This sequence moves you from the grief of aging to the power of the Queen archetype.

The Setup Tap continuously on the Karate Chop point (side of hand) and repeat these statements out loud:

"Even though I sometimes mourn who I used to be and I feel like the world doesn't see me anymore, I am stepping into who I am becoming.

Even though there is grief in this change and I feel uncertain about my new identity, I deeply and completely love and accept my evolving self.

Even though society tells me I am fading, I know the truth is that I am becoming more potent."

Round 1: The Truth (Honoring the Grief) Tap through the points, speaking the honest feelings:

Eyebrow: Letting go of who I was is hard.
Side of Eye: Sometimes I feel invisible.
Under Eye: I miss the energy I used to have.
Under Nose: It feels like I am disappearing.
Chin: I am tired of these changes.
Collarbone: I don't always recognize myself in the mirror.
Under Arm: All this pressure to remain young.
Top of Head: I acknowledge the grief of this transition.


Round 2: The Bridge (Shifting Perspective) Tap through the points, questioning the old narrative:

Eyebrow: But maybe invisible means I am free.
Side of Eye: What if I don't need their validation anymore?
Under Eye: I am open to seeing my beauty differently.
Under Nose: Maybe I am not fading, but deepening.
Chin: I am willing to release the need to be "good."
Collarbone: What if my worth isn't tied to my youth?
Under Arm: I am open to loving this new version of me.
Top of Head: I am ready to see my own power.


Round 3: The Transformation (Claiming the Throne) Tap through the points, installing the new belief:

Eyebrow: I am fully present and arriving.
Side of Eye: I honor my own voice and needs.
Under Eye: This is my time to thrive.
Under Nose: I stand firmly in my true power.
Chin: My wisdom is my radiance.
Collarbone: I claim my space with confidence.
Under Arm: I cherish this Season of Sovereignty.
Top of Head: I am vibrant, visible, and vital.

The Season of Sovereignty is not a pause. It is a portal. By using tools like EFT, we clear the static so we can hear our own intuition clearly.
